St. Joseph's Boy's School, founded on 17th January 1973, is a recognized English medium for Boys and Girls. It is owned & managed by the Catholic Diocese of Jalandhar. It is a private minority, and unaided convent School. It exists primarily to educate Catholic Boys and Girls, but it is open to other Boys and Girls without distinction of caste or creed. The aim of the school is to impart quality education designed for the all round development of the child. The students will be prepared for their future duties by a careful cultivation of their minds and hearts. They will be enlightened intellectually, morally, socially, professionally and spiritually. The motto of the School is "Knowledge, Love, Service". It is the aim of the institution to impart to its pupils a sound, moral, intellectual & physical education designed for all round development of the child. Hence every effort is made to bring out those qualities which are the best & noblest in the children so as to make them good citizen of our beloved country. Co-curricular activities of various nature are provided in order to promote harmonious development of both soul & body.

Medium of Instruction

The medium of instruction is English and the method of study is in accordance with the scheme laid down by the Council for the Primary. Secondary and the Higher Secondary stages approved by the CISCE. Special importance is given to English, including spoken English, for which a high standard is maintained. Hindi as the national language and Punjabi as the regional language are taught from Pre-Primary level with priority.
